Apologies

I have just done a 120 mile quick round trip and during the journey (mostly motorway) 3 times I got an announcement from a lady saying " I am sorry"
It has never happened before and was completely unprompted????

Just to close this thread, must have been when I answered my phone.
I don't usually answer it in the car, but knew it would be the relative I was on my way to meet up with , so used hands free.
