Hi, my 2007 TD8 entertainment system is acting up. There is a crackle that seems to move in circles from speaker to speaker. It sounds like a static crackle and happens every few minutes while playing the radio or a CD.

Any suggestions on how to sort this? I did check the rear compartment where the amp is located for damp etc. but all seems ok but the bluetooth feature has not worked for some time. Thanks J

Clean all connections with contact sprey.

Yes just drying my AMP out it had more than the odd drop in the Blue connector. Now the hard bit finding the source of ingress!

Every now and again I have the same problem on mine, dont laugh but ive traced it to which coat im wearing at the time. I seem too produce static. if I stop the car remove the coat then try again all is cured. Three things in a blokes life his dog,his car and a Cornish pasty,nothing else matters.
