IIHO I don't think that is an issue... DSC TC EBA are fitted to "normal" cars because unless you have the experience and reactions of an F1 driver you're not going to react quickly enough when faced with hazards... A computer will deal with any issue from oil, black ice etc much better than any human...

I have a differing opinion. I believe in 20 years time private personal ownership of a car will be a most unusual occurrence.

For major city centres, I agree - with a combination of Uber and autonomy, it's likely to be far easier just to hail what you need than own one. Further afield, I'm still not 100% convinced that you won't want to own one - but it will still most likely have an autonomous option. Actually driving a car will become somewhat like riding a horse - a hobby. |
