Mine showed this message and was a result of low voltage in the battery; a new Genuine one sorted that out! "YYS" G4 FFRR

They aren't related. As said by stu, the HDC is normally low battery. The slow raising etc is probably the compressor. I would try with a refurb kit from bagpipe andy and hope the compressor bores are not too badly worn.

I've had the hdc inactive message and a host of other electrical gremlins for weeks..instaled new battery yesterday and gremlins are now deid Amazing how sensitive the fatty is to low voltages... |
