On the early petrol it was behind a plastic cover in the area you describe and access wasn't the best. The cover iirc just unclipped V8 or else ... |

Are you sure it has one ? the 4.2 doesn't . Something to do with restricting the unrelenting flow of fuel or something like that 2008 MY Supercharged

That would make sense, as the little cubby in front of the rear right wheel which should house the filter has only a fuel line (large calibre). Running through it.

There will be a filter in the tank , it just doesn't need changing at service time . I'd suspect the pump as well . 2008 MY Supercharged
