You will need to take the vaporiser off to change the diaphragm, no need to isolate anything, with the LPG system turned off all that will escape is the gas in the pipe... it's heavier than air so be carefull if you do it indoors...

Since mine was leaking, there was no gas between the shut-off solenoid and the filter. The passages are small, I can't imagine it would be much more than the filter. You'll be emptying the filter and the pipe leading to it. Having said that, I would say that if there's no leak, leave it alone. |
