Definitely on a swing - you can see where it attaches on the horizontal bar above his head , hands in line too.

That looks like a softy playground, its built on grass!! Ours was built on concrete mixed with broken bottles! Taught me a lot as a child, like to hold on tight |

At least when playing about on Tarmac, you could see where all the dog sh!t was.
