Definitely on a swing - you can see where it attaches on the horizontal bar above his head , hands in line too.

But also looks like a funny fall

That looks like a softy playground, its built on grass!! Ours was built on concrete mixed with broken bottles! Taught me a lot as a child, like to hold on tight
