Can you feel any resistance to the key turning or is it quite loose? Could be the extension on the lock barrel broken or just come out of the receiver. |

DO NOT TAKE THE DOOR CARD OFF, do not touch the door card, there is no need to remove it, only remove the outer handle and lock and reset the cam to the central position.

Thinking about this/ lower screw probably dont need to come out/ as there are 2 grommets i mistook this one for lock removal one hence the mystery. however i still dont know why it is working now or why it would stop working in the first place .any clues ? |
