What code reader were you using? wording seems strange. I'm sure that code relates to EGR insufficient flow (because it is blanked) not so sure on the L322 but I know from experience on BMWs when blanking the EGR it needs to be 'written out' of the ecu. Or you can drill a small hole in the blanking plate to let a small amount of gas through so it can 'see' EGR flow. Personally I'd have it mapped. |

The egr on the td6 is vacuum operated. When you blank it off, blank /block the vacuum hose. Job done.

Found leak in top hose that comes from intercooler steel pipe to inlet manifold.

I am sure someone on AULRO recently found a silicone substitute in Supercheap or Repco. Maybe ask there, I cant as I dont pay.
