Scotland 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

Not yet mate Ive ordered the relay but that sounds like good news if it has sorted it!

Mine has had a power drain since I got it but I have a convenient charging set up on the drive so just plug it in if it isn't being used for a few days or more.

Funnily enough it usually shows itself up when I go out with the tin tent. Frequent opening of the boot and doors usually leads to a flat battery in the morning.

Ive had some issues with the sound system so Ive just got my bm54 back after an upgrade so hopefully between that and the fan relay I can ditch the charger finally Laughing

Like you I've had this problem since buying it 2 years ago. I'm about to start reconnecting everything I disconnected trying to find the problem - mirrors, CD player, satnav (although satnav useless anyway as cd sticks). If I could just sort out the hot start issue I might even stop considering selling it Laughing Current: 2004 Vogue 4.4 V8 - 2004 Discovery 2

A good excuse to upgrade to a mk 4 sat nav unit if you can find one at a reasonable price Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Adriatic Blue

I had a fair few issues with battery drain over the years on my 2003 TD6, main one being the FSR (she's on her 3rd one in 7 years), also had a drain from the headlight wiper relay (cant remember the number) and also one from the BCU. There's a thread I started on here ages ago somewhere about it, but solved the headlight wiper issue by pulling the fuse and since replacing the FSR again, the battery doesn't drain like it used to (he says... famous last words).

I changed my FSR early on as that seemed to be a common problem (however I wasn't having any problem with the fan either before or after). I pulled the fuse for headlight wipers and removed them as the previous owner had put the wrong grill on which didn't allow them to park (still yet to put better grill on). I also disconnected mirrors as one was playing up - just in case it was that, tv tuner (that had also gone wrong), cd changer in case it was that!!!! Really hoping I've finally found the culprit Wink Current: 2004 Vogue 4.4 V8 - 2004 Discovery 2
