Door handles Thumbs Up

May just be the light - but the entire drivers door looks a lighter shade than the rear door.....

Yes it's the handles, I've been waiting ages for powerfuluk to get Rimini red ones in stock. The originals were looking shabby.

The paint is the same, probably the light and reflection of the house on the rear end.

The set came with both a solid and holed piece for the drivers door and I decided to go with the solid one. In emergency I will have to take it off.

It's a real easy job to paint the original ones with a bit of careful masking and a can of primer, base coat and lacquer from halfords and scotchbrite to key up the handles for priming.

painting could work but fitting the covers makes them look more chunky.... ... - .- -.

I did consider painting them as the covers have been out of stock for ages but thought it was worth waiting and making it easier for myself. Especially with the weather as I have no garage to work in.
