2010 Front Lower Bumper Strip/Trim

Good afternoon,

Hope everyone is well, been browsing and enjoying the forum for a while now since picking up my 2010 Vogue 3.6Tdv8 in May - I have a new lower front bumper strip (https://www.lrparts.net/lr024324-front-bumper-lower-cover-in-zermatt-silver-range-rover-l322-2009-2012-for-vehicles-without-body-kit.html)

I wonder if there are any guides for getting the old one off or if anyone can give me some pointers? Thanks in advance!
