******UPDATE******

400 miles later and it's like a new car.

Box and tranny oil changed.
New motor thingy
Smooth.

Ace.
I decided to give her a re-map.
Wow, what a change.

Just superb.

Even the battery's holding it's charge.

The only issue is the indicators sometime flash like a bulb gone then sorts itself.
Dunno why and I can live with that.
