Many thanks Mike, I think it must be under a cover as it is not obvious when laying under the car I tried looking on the Wiki page for a photo but couldn't find one. |

Thanks Alistair I'm still having trouble finding it and not sure why as thought it would be a bit more obvious unless I'm just using my wrong glasses |

Are you maybe getting confused as the right side as you look at the engine is the nearside (in UK) not the offside? John

Ok did a YouTube search and found out it's under a cover on the near side just In front of the rear wheel, just had a look and sure enough there is a cover held on with two ten mill bolts. As daylight is fading fast I sprayed them with WD40 and will look at removing them in the morning to see f the filter is hiding underneath as I strong suspect. On the YouTube video the filter didn't appear to have a bleed valve but I will have a look tomorrow in the daylight. |

There is a bleed valve for the fuel system but it's hidden under the black plastic engine cover, about half way along the fuel pipe.
