DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT

Please I just got a 2013 VOGUE but i have not driven it as i have to travel immediately. I noticed the Daytime runninglight was not on. i tried to find the setting but couldnt locate it. Can anyone advise on how to set it as that is one of my most admired features of the car

On the 2016 model you need to have auto lamps selected on the lighting stalk for them to work but they can also be disabled or enabled by the dealer. Not sure about earlier ones tho. Agueroooooooooo. 93-20

EXTERIOR LIGHTS Go to previous page
DAYTIME RUNNING LAMPS

With the lighting control in the OFF position, Daytime running lamps will switch on automatically under the following conditions:

The engine is running.

The gear selector is not in Park (P).

The Electric Parking Brake (EPB) is not applied (released) - market dependent.

Auto lamps are selected and high ambient light levels are detected.

Unless required or prohibited by law, Daytime running lamps can be disabled or enabled by a Retailer/Authorised Repairer Agueroooooooooo. 93-20

DRLs cannot be disabled in the UK by law.

The only law I can find states that DRL's must be fitted to cars built after 2010. My car a 2015 model has them and comes with the option to select them on or off.

I think DRL's are an optional extra on the Vogue models. 2014 SDV8 Autobiography Cool
