why not feed in from the aux video/audio sockets in the back,

I dont currently have that, i am looking at buying a set of front seats to replace mine that on the drivers side the heating has failed, much cheaper than the elements .

To add i think someone in the past has removed it rather than not getting spec'ed, as i have a hole in the rear left where the dvd player should be, i also have a hole where you took that picture Stan, looks like someone removed the whole lower part of the console, why i have not idea.. |

when you get the seats have a look underneath them and there should be a plug/socket that you could tap into... ... - .- -.

the RSE module is cheap enough too, as is the IO unit. The dvd changer is the only really expensive part if you have the screens. You could leave that out and just use AV |

So those parts are just plug and play? Not worried about the DVD side as all my films are on my NAS so would just copy some off onto a drive... |

CCF alteration to tell the head unit you have RSE but thats it.
