but the tyres are not summer tyres frank, they are 'all season' as stated by alistair so will be legal in your winter...... ... - .- -.

It is getting stüpid now - my insurance company (i pay only 800pounds/year) don't coop with this ! All my spelling errorz are belong to me!

The insurance company can impose (make up) their own requirements. They could refuse insurance if you didn't have a man with a red flag walking in front if they wanted to.
