Poll - does your L322 have rear wheel arch corrosion?

There are so many threads on this forum about people's L322 suffering rear arch corrosion, I thought it might be interesting to find out via a poll, as to how many/ percentage of members cars are afflicted.

The results of this thread could be used by people to put a case to LR for arguing against any suggestions that it is not a design fault in the event of dealership and/ or LR warranty declining to rectify any individual cases either via warranty or good will on cars under 3 years old (paint surface warranty); under 6 years old (corrosion warranty); or over 6 years old but bought as approved used LR.

Please only take part in this thread if you are prepared to vote and answer the following six A, B, C, D, E & F questions because any posts on this thread that argue against the merits of such a thread could later undermine someone attempting to use the thread content to justify their claim to LR/ a LR dealership.

A. Corrosion found on rear wheel arches? (simply answer "A. Yes" or "B. No ")

B. Age of L322 (for example "B. 2010").

C. Failing paintwork/ corrosion to both rear arches, rear near side or rear off side (simply answer "C. Both", "C. RNS" or "C. ROS")

D. Rear mudflaps fitted before onset of corrosion? (simply answer "D. Yes" or "D. No" or "D. Don't know").

E. Rubber arch strips fitted before onset of corrosion? (simply answer "E. Yes", "E. No" or "F. Don't know").

F. Successful claim made and repairs carried out? (simply answer "F. Declined" or "F. Approved via Pwarranty", "F. Approved via Cwarranty", "F. Approved via Lr goodwill" or "F. Approved via Dealership goodwill").

Perhaps Stan or another moderator could please help with poll buttons as I'm unable to get them working?

Thanks.

Thumbs Up

Interim update:

So far, early days for the thread granted, no cars newer than 2008 afflicted (can't be an accurate representation) and not one example of rusting rear arches being covered by the LR paintwork and/ or corrosion warranty.

Keep posting Thumbs Up
