Be careful if spec is important. AB spec varies wildly from car to car. I've had 2 now and both are very different. It's very easy to find a Vogue SE with a better spec than some AB models.

Really I have noticed this also, would like a car with reclining rear seats and rear entertainment.

They sure are good value as you say now compared to the new price, just hard to find a mint one. Most people aren't as fussy as me Laughing

TBH if it isn't mint but looks mostly looked after I would just use all the none mint points to knock the value down or if at a dealer they will possibly correct them. Some of the best dealer deals in this age range are ones that are traded in... You can get lucky and see them before they are tarted up and such and therefore save them time with prep work and such. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

basically... even the non-sc is pretty thirsty. the mpg in all RR is fairly low and especially poor in city/traffic.
(sitting in traffic with heated seats and moderate heat in the vehicle yields approximately 5-7mpg) https://instagram.com/_.iconoclast/

Very true, even the diesels are just touching 30mpg with average driving!

exactly... the way i would describe it is a very nice dress shoe... i wouldn't run a marathon in it because i would perform poorly in it but for a formal functions it gets the job done. it certainly is not a commuter vehicle but it definitely is a great road trip mobile. my wife and daughter get car sick and this vehicle basically eliminates that feeling completely for them. pleasant ride for them, pleasure for me since i do not have to clean up anything up. https://instagram.com/_.iconoclast/

Mine's a commuter car!

63000 miles and her 3rd birthday due in January. I'm averaging 27mpg (computer over-reads and shows 30) on the long term display.

I'd love a SC but cannot justify the extra £1500 plus per year fuel bill!

indeed. it is a costly difference. it is worse than the X5M i owned. i imagine the size/weight and shape play a huge role in this more so than the engine. https://instagram.com/_.iconoclast/

In mine, I tend to get 21-22 mpg on motorways and have managed 24+ when taking it easy on a 175 mile trip with a couple of stops. In town its usually more around 12-14 mpg but expect to see single figures in busier areas.

Overall I think I average about 19 mpg.

That's the same problem i have.. people say "well its a range rover its not going to be cheap to run" yes i do understand this but at the same time i don't want to be driving about in an everyday car that is going to bankrupt me.

If it was a weekend toy such as a Porsche or Ferrari etc then fair enough 15mpg can be lived with but for me personally on a day to day basis i couldn't stomach it.

So have decided it will have to be a 4.4 tdv8 autobiography when i trade up. Thumbs Up
