Rattle / Creaking (Interior)

I’ve got a really creaky rattle coming from the vent unit pictured below (passenger side), has anyone had this before and fixed it / taken this part of the interior apart?

Put a trim tool in the side of the panel that has the airbag key switch built in and pop it out... Its on the white papers that hold the door cards on so are quite fierce to pop out... Thumbs Up
