Was going to give the new girl a good clean this weekend, but before I got going noticed the plastic on c pillars that support the floating have really tiny scratches, looks like someone has had a go at them with something a little too abrasive.

T-cut, tooth paste, peanut butter. Any kind of mild abrasive will polish plastic.

Unfortunately, the peanut butter didn't really lift the scratches (and I felt like a pillock) I can see how it would work with water stains etc as it defiantly cleans.

+1 for the AG Bumper Care (it's a green paste and makes black plastic look like new again!) If you have lots of squirrels in your area, you might not want to use the Peanut Butter option as you might get more scratches than you bargained for haha. Again, I think the heat gun solution is not as permanent as you might like.
