Sorry another IID question

I am trying to reflash my bluetooth module with no luck, i have bought a new battery today and have a CTEK max 7.0 attached to the battery so everything is fully charged, then when i go to start the reflash i get a message saying the voltage is below 11.5v operation aborted.
Has anyone had the same problem while trying to reflash? or any pointers would be great.

If you bought the battery today I would give it 24 hrs on charge to ensure it is fully charged. If it has been on the shelf for a while it may have discharged a bit.

Also when you try to reflash have you turned everything else off - air con, screen, radio? John
