If you bought the battery today I would give it 24 hrs on charge to ensure it is fully charged. If it has been on the shelf for a while it may have discharged a bit.

Update.. Battery been on charge all night and is now fully charged but I'm still getting the voltage below 11.5v on the iid tool, when i go into the live values for the battery it is saying that the voltage is 12.9v |

Problem sorted, i re updated the firmware on the iid tool via the computer and tried again and it worked, i must have done something wrong when i first updated the tool!!!! |
