2004-2006 conversion/facelift Air Box?

Buying a RR that's had the air box removed due to the front facelift. This has been swapped out for a K&N Filter.

My concern is how this will effect the Secondary Air Injection Pump... If this ceases to function properly then the Cat's will fail prematurely.

Has anyone else had this conversion done and managed to keep the original air box?

Hi Dave,

Guna have to come see you soon after I get this one.

Do you have a seperate filter for the SIA pump? And what do you think about the effect on wading?

Quoted from Dave's sig:

I don't think Dave worries about wading too often. Laughing

There should be two cone filters,

One smaller for the pump.

I'm about to tackle this conversion as soon as the painter pulls his finger out with my grill and bumper Censored TDV8 HST Sport **Current**
