Front Grille

When I bought my 2006 RR the first thing I changed was the front grille to a black and silver coloured SC style grille.

It suited the front of the car but after a while I changed it to this

However the front of the car still does not look right to me so I'm buying one of these instead

I think it will be the closest I can get to a 2010 grille without a full front end conversion.
I will of course post pics in due course. It's £109 from Hawke, £186 from Landrover centre Liverpool and a whopping £219 from super tweaks. I am of course buying it from Hawke.

I had the same dilemma on my 3.6, and after several grill changes I went for the Genuine SC grille, the centre of the grille is a shiny silver almost like a slightly dark chrome.

Will be interested to see the pics of the new one.

I have to say Im not even tempted to play around with the new one yet. I like it just the way it is....

Nice RR Mr Jones I still have the 2006 front end. At some point I'll go for the conversion but for now I'm having a grille change. In fact I'll have a winter grille, a summer grille and a posh going out grille at this rate. The 2010 style 'mesh' grille for a 2006-2009 is now en route to me as I type.

I'm glad it's not just me then..........I'm on my second one as well. I have actually now settled on this.....

£122 for both the grill and side vents, including shipping. It came from Romania but it only took a few days and I was able to track it all the way, a very professional service. No other taxes to pay. The quality is also incredible for the money and I noticed that the inner moulding of the side vents had exactly the same markings and numbers as the original ones that I took off, less the word Land Rover.

Very impressed.......so a summer and winter grill it is then 2010 5.0 SC Autobiography
