So, 35% of 285mm’s is 99.75mm’s 40% of 285mm’s is 114mm’s so, the difference in height of the two tyres is 15mm’s! Stands to reason the rolling circumference of the tyre will be somewhere approaching 100mm as stated above... Thats a massive difference between axles!
