[Wanted] Deployable side step brackets

Hello,

Long shot perhaps, but looking for drivers side brackets for the electric deployable side steps.

If you know of any second hand, please let me know.

Yup, the two brackets (one front and one rear) that attach the steps to the car. They are hinged and both of mine have snapped around the pivot.

Ahh, i don't think they are available sir... I have had two sets of "snapped" steps ali welded with great results Thumbs Up

I think they are part numbers LR004810 and LR004812 but can't find a diagram to confirm.

I can't get them welded as the thinner part of the hole where it pivots is actually missing (they are snapped clean off rather than fractured or cracked). Thanks for the tip I will pm him.

So I bit the bullet and bought both drivers side brackets new (£400) last month... and now the passenger rear has sheared off.

They are an absolutely dreadful piece of design, totally unsuitable for purpose.

But anyway, I need the passenger rear if anyone has one or has seen one on their travels.
