The morning after I had the car back from Nene it leaks as usual using 200/500ml daily.

Please some-one help me.

Again today had the gas side checked, no leaks.

No white guff.

What else could it be?

If the level in the header tank remains unchanged yet the radiator is running dry try removing radiator cap when cold(not header tank cap) and top up with water, replace cap then start car and give it a good rev up for a 15-20 secs....switch off then remove radiator cap if you get any pressure hissing along with signs of frothing then its almost certain to be a cylinder head gasket or worse a cracked cylinder head... unless your brave enough to tackle the job yourself then either job will set you back at least four figures Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry

Mine uses coolant ... before and after a radiator replacement ( as well as water pump and header tank )

I actually think its the push fit connections that are down in the bottom corner near to the gearbox oil cooler. There are a lot of small clip-together connections down there and despite trying to clean them up and re-seal them as best I could, I'm still getting a loss of water ... the last time I had been working in that area, I remember noticing the coolant seeping from there. Not a lot, but enough for me to think thats where the leak is.

I just keep an eye on it and top up. V8 or else ...
