Hi daveo - just wondering if you managed to make these later switches to work with earlier steering wheel electrics |

hi, not as yet but it is possible, but its not a straight swap... still getting info and reading other posts. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

hi steve, yes you are right about the commands, colin has done this mod on his disco using the same method but not on the RR, I am away on holiday at the moment but will be back and will be looking for a cheap set at the show, if i cann find something thats cracked or missing a button at a good price then i will have something to mess with, i have a new set but want to keep them for when its worked out

When you say steering wheel switches, do you mean adding 2010 airbag unit? Saw one on ebay at a good price and made me wonder!! Straight swop on 2002?? |

hi mate, the air bag is the same and the hole unit will fit but the switches are still under going the mod, the 2010 switches send different messages to the other switches. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
