France

I’ve just watched the rest of the first episode of the new Frog version of TG and I have to say I was quite impressed!
The 3 main characters indeed had some sort of chemistry and the format and content so closely followed what we (well, some of us) have come to love on TG-GB that it was almost like watching the home-grown version … albeit with a different cast and in a funny language.
For me, this demonstrated that the presenters are only part of the story, not the be-all-and-end-all of it. The formula, the format, and the content of the programme – and the way it is presented – are all equally as important.
So for me there’s no reason why there couldn’t be a promising future for TG without JC. Or the other 2. You just need charismatic characters and a good format. It's "bébéchoon", ackcherly, with accents. 'Steve' to my chums.
20 years ownership of Solihull products, ALL GONE NOW, sniff!
Current motor: Suzuki S-Cross 4WD auto, 1.4 petrol. Oh so reliable! 7 years now and no problems. Oh, all right then, a leaking shocker replaced under guarantee.

Ha! Thumbs Up the trio are obviously too valuable to the BBC to write them off and close the door. Bit of a sham really, the tossers at the beeb are so far up their own arses they just take a step back, remove their branding and continue as normal - hoping to save face and silence their critics 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17

This is very good news!

However, I like the way the BBC are removing their branding just because of their decision over JC and then saying 'it's for the fans'. Yeah, right...

Let's hope this isn't the last we'll see of them all together. Thumbs Up Si. <This is my name.

Just watched the classic car show on c5....

Jodie Kidd and Quentin Wilson presenting, a badly scripted cringe fest!! However they had Ben Collins presenting a section on the DB2a and he was pretty good actually.

Replace Clarkson with the old stig? Interesting....... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Just read that, great news but will show the new presenter a standard they wont be able to achieve. Neutral
