Some funny fault codes have reared their heads....

On the LCM ECU

0x58 Engine emergency program fault
0x59 Transmission emergency program fault
0x0094 Unknown
0x0095 Unknown

No faults on the Engine ECU

It has brought up Engine Failsafe and Transmission Failsafe recently which have both cleared with switching off and back on again...

Any ideas chaps.... Pete

Last two are always there, can probably ignore ( I have for years)

Not sure about the first two, do they keep coming back after clearing all faults - could be related to other faults? .

Done it twice now Joe, chucks up the Engine Failsafe but no reduced performance, then does the Gearbox failsafe and sticks in forth, both clear with a restart and then codes are there... no MIL on though.... Pete

Is this the camshaft/crankshaft sensor issue? (clutching at straws here...) .

Don't think it's an actual fault Joe, nothing in the engine or box ECU's, the LCM talks and listens to other ECU's through the instrument pack.... I'm presuming this is a fault within the LCM.... Just wondered if anyone had come across it before....

I'll do the usual and just ignore it, if it breaks totally then I'll know what it is and fix it... Pete
