Sounds like some air moving around in the system. If it is working fine with running engine and no fault codes I wouldn't worry about it too much.

been on a diet for decades and am glad the air suspension on FFRRs is self leveling MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

That is normal behavior, the system self levels after you park, if you leave the ignition on it keeps doing it for a while, mine does it all the time when working on it, just leave a door open and it should stop doing it.... Pete
