I hear the semi-automatic boxes are horrible - later replaced with a much better ZF affair.

United Kingdom 2015 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Baltic Blue

a pal of mine had the 6.0L W12 in his S8. what a machine.

Would be my choice over the Mazzer as I think it was said the early Mzzers were notorious for bits falling off (oh and the cr@p gearbox as said earlier).

GO for it Mick. U know it makes no sense!! Bow down

The quattro porte is a great car, yours seems to have new clutch, which goes every 30/40 k miles. Great sound, great ride, interior not the quality you extpect, lovely lines and very special! I loved it all the way, would buy one again and it is just as expensive as a FFRR. Much more class and character as a merc, or audi.

I had a 2007 S8 in Daytona which also had the Bang and Olufsen sound system fitted.....the best car I've ever had and the biggest regret of my life was selling it especially for a RRS Big Cry Big Cry The forums premier drug dealer and human trafficking consultant

I've always regarded the Quattroporte as a 4-door Ferrari, and all the better for it.

I really like them.

OK, so they may go wrong occasionally, but that's life. Buy one and enjoy it. More character than any German offering and with far better looks. Si. <This is my name.

Really looked into the QP, be ready for big bills, plus brake discs are oe only, only licensed to Maserati from Brembo, very, very expensive. But looks amazing, just park it in the garage Mick, to cherish & polish. Might keep you off the tinterwebs for a while too!If you're serious, have a blether with this mob, come highly recommended:http://www.pksupercars.com/

Oh and everything you need to know is here, a forum car would be one to go for:
