servotronic valve....

how big a job is changing this..... stealer is quoting me £268 including the VAT.... part is £114 inc the vat..... is it an easy job and anything specific i would need to do it?

Cheers guys, so basically a straight forward job if nothing has seized on?

Am guessing need some axle stands?

Make sure you use the correct size Torx bit when removing the bolts as they can sometimes be seized and tight to remove Thumbs Up

Hmm i've might experienced this once... I was going on a straight and began to slow down and when i was about to turn i felt how the steering felt heavy almost like the servo disappeared.

This have never happened since then, but sometimes the steering wheel wobbles when i reach ~60 mph after a hard acceleration. I tried with 2 set of wheels so i doubt its a balance issue. Could this also be related to the servotronic valve? L322 Vogue 2003
