Better fuel consumption, FAR better overtaking, FAR more fun! Against more stress on the transmission, potentially more strain on the already delicate turbo's!!! |

I had it done on my 2007 3.6 no difference to fuel economy but it certainly picked it's feet up when asked to, particularly on the motorways. Superchips Geoff |

If yours is a 3.6 I'd map it - had my old one done by JE - faster than a 4.2 supercharged to 60 - JE's own figures - they used to have a video of it a few years ago. If its a 4.4 tdv8 I wouldn't bother - the engine is fantastic as it is, the torque is stunning and only around 1 sec slower to 60 than the 5.0 supercharged but with double the mpg 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17 |

^ can't say I noticed much, if any, difference in MPG but the car picks up a lot quicker and has much more torque at the low end. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
