Air suspension inactive

Finally after putting newpiston ring in air compressor and not being able to get it work,a big thanks to my mate who brought his laptop,2 other modules and a bundle of cables and now works great and a million fault codes removed, many stemmed from a flat battery.Just need to inspect brake pipes then book in for Mot,then hopefully change gear oil to give a clean bill of health!!

Glad you got it sorted, but word of warning.

The error will come back soon, because only to change the piston ring is not enough, because the cylinderhead becomes bigger and bigger inside, the new ring will help for some month, it is like new brake pads on very old brake discs..., also you need to change the dryer patrone, or to dry it from inside like the one genial guy with his wiki-story!! Had buyd also this new piston ring, is good quality, but not strong enough for the old cylinderhead.

Best regards from germany, Uli
