Rear Screen Washer

Hi all im new on here so forgive me if this question has already been asked.
The problem I have with my 2009 Vogue SE is that the rear Screenwash takes an age
to get to the wiper. I assume there is a non return valve somewhere that's not working
but I would like to know if there is a common fault that I need to look for?
