Front passenger fan pulsing

The fan on the passenger side (I think the far left vent) is blowing the air in short intervals. Like on for 2 seconds, off for another 2. I played with the controls to try and isolate it but couldn't quite suss it out. It's not A/C dependent and does not go away when the fan is in Auto mode. This behaviour stops only when I turn the front fans off with a button.

Anyone got any ideas what it might be? Doesn't do it on the drive side, only passenger.

Thanks.

Got to the bottom of this. It is actually a fan in passenger seat that blows air through the perfo leather. Normal behaviour. It didn't work in the driver's side seat so I couldn't compare it to anything else.
