What a load of rubbish, apparently I'm supposed to be between 10st and 13st.......... hold on, I'm 6'2" with a 50" chest and a 36" waist and have always been well built.................... 10-13st would put me in the 'potential hospital case' catergory................ you have to laugh don't ya !!!!

It can't tell if you are overweight as in fat as it is just a weight to height index, for instance if you were a gym bunny and were super fit but carried a lot of muscle weight it would show you as overweight, then again people like Arnie would be super obese so I would not read too much into a simple BMI as on the other hand you could smoke 80 ciggys a day and drink a bottle of vodka and be in the healthy section but somehow I don't think you will be
