Sign of the times

just had lunch with a chap who (unsolicited) said, ' I have a Range Rover' after a while of me moaning on he looked perplexed. Went to the car park to leave..... a bloody Ecock, now we have to ask which one. In my mind an RR is an RR Bow down

Its the same when we talk about the Discovery.....and soon you'll have to ask which one too when the sport comes out!

Agreed that a RR big brother is the RR and not its silly little sibling's Thumbs Up If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

I have this exact same argument with guys at work! A Range Rover is NOT an Ewok and an Ewok will never ever be a Range Rover!!

Ages ago I had a Jag - which meant an XJ or an XJ-S. Then came the S-Type, then the X-Type.

Been through it before. Sad

I am an Audi fan, but they are surely one of the guilty parties here too....A1-A8 and barely a design shift, now mirroring it with the Q-cars too... Sad

I do quite like the disco-sport, however a disco to me is a utility car and the disco-sport looks like a permanent tarmac warrior... Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........
