It is not all about looks but since that was the question I answered it like that. Of course the FFRR has to be in good condition, full service history etc. etc. and then you always need a bit of luck.

Mine's black with black interior. I like it. It's dignified and not gloomy.

A lot of electronic things have a date they default to after being unplugged. In a FFRR, you have to reset the date and time after a power loss. That could explain the date, but it doesn't hurt to ask. I'd also ask about the MOT issues just to make sure.

I don't think the date & mileage are linked. The mileage should be tamper proof. |

Yes the date is a default when the battery has either been flat or disconnected... Probably disconnected to change the rear shocker/s as they should be active on that age...

Is the car an Autobiography then? As it has two badges on the rear which is odd. I would deffinatley be getting them to refurb the alloys (properly) no way would I be paying 30k for a car with wheels in that state. |

Yes so the dealer says, has the previous owner just stuck the badge on the back? Why the two badges? |

I think the person that owned it before thought it very important to have the SC badge in addition to the AB badge. I just prefer to floor the accelerator and let them find out that way MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
