Hi there, if you have the wiring for a CD changer it will be behind the Glovebox, just above the inside fuses in the passenger side of you car. What you are looking for is either a 3 pin plug and a 6 pin plug OR a 10 pin plug.

So you have the screen connected to the TV module for its video feed and the gps unit.......

I can see the speaker amp just at the side of the TV unit in the boot. That is where the feed from a cd should eventually feed to......

mjdronfield, by "speaker amp" you mean the box south of the TV one in the fourth picture? If yes, I'm going to check it tomorrow afternoon and see if there's anything. Hop it's just a normal bm54. BTW, I thought that the CD wire ran from the display.

I don't know what they do with the lead if the cd is not fitted, but the correct connections can be seen on the diagram below. The right hand side part is the correct one.

I can't see any reason why you can't put the cd in the boot...... Poss where it is in a few BMW models, so if you can manage to get a loom from one of those to connect to the radio, it will save the loom being 16 foot too long.....

Hello Peeps, well I can see the TV tuner module, and the radio head (BM54), but I can see any power amp, it would appear to have one box less than mine How does it make a noise?

These should give you some help, the first is a slightly better version of the second. You'll need to look at the big plug on the radio head to see if there are the connections for a cd, if there are it will be on the A plug, and the wires that your looking for are-
