Parcel shelf can rattle if it's not in properly.

Mine squeaks a bit, round the passenger seat belt point when the mrs is strapped in.......

Must remember to leave her at home to get rid of all the noise in the car Whistle There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Mine squeaks a tad, but no more than the centre armrest on my old Cayenne. Turn the stereo up to 11. Or plant the accelerator.

I'll give you an warning though, I was an hardcore BMW enthusiast (over 30 Bmws owned) before getting my FF, and I've been bit by the english big time and getting worse by everyday Wink now I'm a member of the Swedish LR club and I'm looking at Jags, Astons, LRs, Mclarens everyday Rolling with laughter (1year in)

2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

I get a slight noise from the parcel shelf and the rear speaker housings in the boot...but no more or less than I have had in any other car I have owned.

Drove a mates 3.0d X5 and in terms of get up and go it is much the same as the standard 3.6tdv8 I thought, but that's where the similarity stopped. The beemer doesn't seem to cope well with any work it has to do...he's had a cpl of warming up issues when towing...nice bus though Thumbs Up Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

I had my 2006 3.0d Sport Le Mans for over 5 years and it was unbelievably cheap to run, reliable, and generally a joy to own and drive.

Thanks

Overheating on the x5/530d is because they need an uprated cooling fan, which the 35 versions have already. It's one of the reasons I had a 535 over a 530, that and it was a shed load faster.!!!!! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
