United Kingdom 2017 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Aleutian Silver
software update, battery low and transmission judder

My 2011 4.4 tdv8 is in the main stealer latter next week for a small service and this will only time that I use Landrover, (it was part of the purchase agreement, that the selling garage would cover the next main dealer service, rather than service early)

I have the transmission judder at around 75mph, which is a software update required and I have issues with displaying the low battery message.

So when I booked the car in for the service I spoke to the service Manager who looked totally blank when I requested software updates to address both issues.

Is there a current software version I need to upgrade too, which I doubt or is there a technical service update I can reference when I go in with it next week?

Sorry I don't know what the latest update is but for £12.60 you can log on to the LR Topix website for an hour and look at and download all relevant Technical Service Bulletins and associated info the MD's get for the 2011 MY etc. (£21.00 for a day). This may well be worth a go if you feel there might be some resistance coming your way.

Thanks all, I did try before and have to confess to failing to find the info, but I will take another look.
