Can anyone tell me where the key fob receiver is on a 07 supercharged. I still have no remote locking/unlocking. I have tried everything else, the only thing left is the receiver. 2011 4.4 tdv8 Kahn. 2007 supercharged with 2012 lights and overfinch body kit. P38 with a full J.E.Engineering conversion

When this happened on mine (also 07) it was eventually traced to the key battery being dead - still started the car but remote wouldn't work. Bought a key from Dan and £15 later for the programming we were done (2nd time round - took a bit for the garage to suss it all out)

the RF receiver is installed at the rear of the roof, above the roof liner, to the left of the vehicle
centerline..item number 10 in the diagram....

Replaced batteries in both fobs even though they tested OK. I managed to pick up a receiver cheap so will try that this afternoon. What I dont understand is the way it failed. Put it in the garage unlocked one day and the next day it didnt work. Stan, Thanks for the pic. The same thing happened to me just a few weeks ago , more than likely you keys have lost sync with the car and after a battery re-set you should be able to do it yourself ;
