When you get home try noel in Merlin autos in Merlin's bridge he does a lot with p38 repairs so might be a good guy to give a call. Or there is always greens Don't know of any transmission specialists down west though.

Agreed. We've been to some places and met some great people that we may not have come across had we kept to our original schedule. We wre determined to carry on with our holiday and if I'm honest not having my own car hasn't really affected it. We've put it down to "just one of those things", and I wouldn't have changed it for anything.

Going to visit the FF in Switzerland on Monday to put some luggage in it that we can't take in hire car. Question: when I see it should I hug it or kick it. It's a full on relationship you know! Thanks, Confused of Pembrokeshire.

Well I went to visit her in Chur, Switzerland yesterday and guess what? The battery was as flat as a witches wotsit. Looks like I'll need one of the as well for good measure eh? Oh the joys!

Don't buy a battery in Switzerland, they're rediculous money here.

I was told that by a relative. I'll have it done the same time as the gearbox when it gets repatriated. I'm missing her now!
