james, the £63 cam has h.264 video compression at 30 fps and has an ambarella a7 processor, this gives you a 'proper' full hd video and not interpolated hd like most cheaper dash cams..

Tempting fate buying a cam just in case of an accident, most never have a bump in reality, what about rear ends? _____________________________________________________

BlackVue do a twin cam option, so you can have 1 up front and 1 in your rear!

James look at the 0801 they should be cheaper now as the 0803 is the newer version, I have the 0801 and is fine day and night, I have had to up date the firmwere twice and its been reliable since with no issues in the recording or play back. Don't bother with anything less than 1080p for the front cam though.
