Disconnect battery, wait 10mins, reconnect, make sure all doors and bonnet are shut, lock and unlock car with remote and then try it... had a similar issue with mine and that sorted it...

Your battery is flat, should be at 12.6V

I would jump it first to ascertain that it is the battery, use the body mounted +ve and -ve terminals, not the battery itself |

Just jumped it. Car running is about 13.10.

If 13.1V is with the engine running after a flat battery it's definitely not very good.
