Monaco 2011 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Nara Bronze
From L322 to L405 and back...

Hi guys, here a follow up to "from L405 back to L322?".

As you know I've sold my L405 to a Russian couple that couldn't be bothered to wait and offered me more money that I've paid for, to have it right away.

Since there is still no update on new engines for 2015 and missing my Rangie, I've decided to buy a L322 Autobiography 2011 with 55'000 on the clock, nara bronze and ivory/brown interior. Very clean and being looked after very well.
No surprise here, the L405 has for sure a better build quality and is far better around corners, more car like. What I like better in the L322 is that one sits slightly higher and the ride is softer.

Comparing the L322 3.6 and 4.4, the later is definitely more refined and less diesel like and sounds better. Also, think the sound is better then the 4.4 L405.

Depending from which angle I'm looking at the L405, I have this kind of love/hate relationship...and yes, in some aspects the L322 looks dated but still looks very classy.

Time will tell but so far I'm happy sitting again in a proper Range Rover.

Will post som pics in the coming days,

JJ
